Trinity Brewing Company Limited (T/A Trouble Brewing) (“Trouble Brewing“, “we”, “us” or “our“) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement tells you about your privacy rights and sets out how we, as a Data Controller, collect and process personal data relating to your interactions with our website. This Privacy Statement should be read in conjunction with our Cookie Policy.

There are instances where we invite or request individuals to provide us with their personal data through our website. We only collect personal data about you which you volunteer when subscribing to email alerts, by using our online forms, and in order to deliver our services. In providing our services, we may also receive personal data indirectly. Categories of such personal data include names, addresses, contact information and other information that is relevant to the provision of our services.

That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. We have the right to refuse your request where there is a basis to do so in law, or if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive, or to the extent necessary for important objectives of public interest.

We cannot guarantee the complete security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. Where we have given you a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential.
